• Experience in curriculum design and development, evaluation and assessment, and compliance with state board of nursing regulations and accreditation standards.
• Evidence of successful experience in obtaining/maintaining nursing program accreditation. 
• Successful experience teaching using a range of formats, including instructional technology, concept-based curriculum, competency-based education, flipped classroom, interprofessional, and team teaching.
• Experience building and promoting community relationships, including developing partnerships in nursing.
• Successful implementation of evidence-based practice or research utilization projects.

The Texas Lutheran University Division of Student Affairs invites applicants for a full-time Associate Dean of Campus Living, Housing & Student Conduct. This role provides strategic leadership for student housing, supervision, and daily management of TLU’s Campus Living program. Reporting to the Dean of Students, this role oversees programs, policies, living learning communities, housing retention, housing master plan, and supervision of live-in staff members. With particular focus on growing the campus living experience and housing retention on campus. This person also serves as the administrator of the student conduct system on campus.  

Retention Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation of strategic goals for the division that support TLU’s institutional strategic plan. 
• Administer and supervise Campus Living department and staff as assigned by the VPASA. 
• Lead the development, implementation, and assessment of campus living & housing initiatives.  
• Collaborate with academic affairs, enrollment management, advising, athletics, and institutional research to align increase housing retention.  
• Oversee centralized student conduct processes, including panel training and adjudication of cases. 
• Serve as primary point of escalation for complex student situations. 
• Coordinate wraparound support across academic and student services to help on-campus student thrive. 
• Support coordinated care for students experiencing academic, financial, personal, or social barriers. 
• Develop proactive outreach and support programs for first-year, transfer, first-generation, student athletes, Veteran/dependent, and other high-need students living on campus.  
• Manage program budgets, assessment plans, and staffing.

Qualifications/Requirements for Position

• Master’s degree in higher education administration, student affairs, counseling, or a related field (doctorate preferred). 
• Five (5) years or more of significant experience in campus living, student conduct, living learning communities, fiscal/facilities management, and housing occupancy. 
• Demonstrated success using data to inform retention strategies. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. 
• Demonstrated understanding of a liberal arts university.

The Director of Development works in consultation and in close coordination with the Assistant Vice President of Development to design and implement a comprehensive development program to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward prospects and donors for gifts in support of TLU priorities. The specific objectives are to raise annual and major gift dollars to support TLU initiatives, to acquire gifts to support TLU’s endowment, and to enhance educational opportunities for students through academic initiatives and improved facilities.  Funding for this position is available through December 2028.

• Identify and qualify prospects with the goal of building and managing a prospect portfolio of a minimum of 125 active prospects.

This position is responsible for creating, implementing, and leading a comprehensive donor stewardship program while providing strategic support for Advancement Services operations. Responsibilities include oversight and support of advancement systems, prospect research and management, reporting, records management, and stewardship initiatives that strengthen fundraising efforts across the university. Responsibilities

Administrative

• Design, launch, and manage comprehensive stewardship and recognition programs for donors and volunteers at all giving levels.
• Establish and maintain policies, quality standards, and best practices for volunteer and donor recognition and stewardship.
• Collaborate with the President, senior leadership, faculty, staff, volunteers, and donors to achieve strategic objectives and deliver appropriate messages for all stewardship efforts.
• Revise and manage a stewardship communications program, including donor- and volunteer-focused publications that communicate the university’s stewardship programs.
• Manage the production and distribution of annual stewardship reports to individual donors for ongoing donations, endowed funds such as scholarships and professorships, and major capital gifts to ensure consistency and quality, including the production of an annual honor roll of donors.
• Oversee the stewardship budget.
• Research, benchmark, and adopt industry best practices to strengthen TLU’s donor relations programs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive system for tracking donor relations activities involving development officers, administrators, faculty, and staff.
• Maintain a prospect identification and research system that feeds new prospects into major gift and annual giving prospect portfolios.
• Identify pools of prospects through constituent list segmentation and analysis, electronic database screening, and peer/constituency screening and rating.
• Maintain a comprehensive prospect rating strategy.
• Maintain a reporting system for gift officers to reflect pipeline development and metric tracking.
• Work closely with the Development Services Coordinator on gift acknowledgments and correspondence.
• Participate actively in the Advancement Team, assisting in creating and carrying out the overall operational and strategic plans for the university.
• Serve as backup administrator for the Advancement database, providing technical support and ensuring operational continuity.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience using a fundraising CRM required; knowledge of Jenzabar preferred.
• Experience in donor relations, stewardship, fundraising, or a related field required.

Texas Lutheran University invites applications for the position of Director for Graduate Admissions & Degree Completion Programs. This leadership position is responsible for the strategic recruitment, enrollment, and growth of TLU’s graduate and adult undergraduate degree completion programs.

The Director will provide vision, leadership, and operational oversight for all aspects of graduate and degree completion enrollment, from prospect generation through enrollment. This individual will play a critical role in expanding TLU’s presence in the marketplace, building strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of new academic programs that meet the needs of today’s learners and workforce.

Key Responsibilities

The Director for Graduate Admission & Degree Completion Programs will:

• Develop and implement a multi-year strategic enrollment plan for graduate and degree completion programs that support institutional growth and enrollment objectives.
• Lead and oversee all recruitment activities for graduate and adult undergraduate students, including virtual, on-campus, and off-campus engagement opportunities.

The Manager for Graduate Recruitment is a part-time position responsible for executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy designed to engage, recruit, and enroll prospective graduate and doctoral students. This position reports to the Director for Graduate Recruitment and Degree Completion Programs. The manager supports academic program directors and the graduate recruitment team to support enrollment growth and increase awareness of TLU’s graduate programs.

The successful candidate will be an energetic, relationship-driven professional with strong communication skills, a student-centered mindset, and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while achieving enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the institution’s multi-year strategic enrollment plan for graduate programs, including the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program.
• Execute recruitment activities for graduate and degree completion programs through virtual, on-campus, and off-campus engagement opportunities.
• Achieve annual recruitment goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by university leadership.
• Manage the admissions and enrollment process from inquiry through enrollment, including application review, credential evaluation, and applicant interviews.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students through personalized outreach via phone, email, virtual meetings, and in-person appointments.
• Travel to represent the university at recruitment events, conferences, and partnership meetings.
• Support faculty and program directors in developing and implementing recruitment initiatives that support program-specific enrollment goals.
• Coordinate special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Customer Service and Professionalism

• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and student-centered experience for prospective students and university partners.
• Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions and communications.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
• Exhibit excellent telephone, email, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Experience

• Two or more years of experience in admissions, enrollment management, higher education, or a related field.
• Experience working with graduate students and/or adult undergraduate student populations.
• Experience utilizing CRM systems, preferably Slate.

Working Conditions

• Primarily office-based with a standard indoor work environment. 
• Regular evening and weekend responsibilities. 
• Overnight travel may be required.
