Position Information:

Texas Lutheran University invites applications for a full-time Manager of Admissions Services. Reporting directly to the VP for Enrollment, the Manager of Admissions Services supports the VP for Enrollment, ensures the efficient operations of the Admissions Office and manages administrative tasks. The candidate will assist the Admissions Representatives, as well as support the relationships with campus partners as they connect to the enrollment process. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and a student-first mentality.

Position Responsibilities include:

- Support the VP for Enrollment and Director for Admissions with the strategic and operational activities for the Office of Admissions.

- Ensure efficient operations of the Admissions Office, including supporting with answering phones, managing calendars, and maintaining inventory of admissions supplies and marketing materials necessary for recruiting.

- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the college enrollment cycle to successfully support the VP for Enrollment and Associate Director for Admissions Information Systems as they execution of communications that support new first-year and transfer students who are in various stages of the enrollment process.

- Experience with a CRM, including the ability to communicate with students through verbal and oral communication about the status of their enrollment, write and review email messaging, execute queries and reports to support the VP for Enrollment, President’s Cabinet, and Board of Regents.

Position requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.

• A minimum of one year of experience in college admissions, marketing, or financial aid is required.

• Experience in higher education marketing is preferred.

• Experience at a small, private, faith-based institution is preferred, but not required.
