First-Year Applications
If you are a high school graduate and have not attended college (dual-credit doesn't count), apply as a first-year student.
At TLU, your application for admission also serves as your academic scholarship application, and there is no application fee.

An international student is any citizen of a country other than the U.S. who needs a nonimmigrant visa to study at TLU.
