Biography
Professor McNulty holds a Doctor of Nursing (Practice-Leadership 2021) from the University of Texas at Tyler, a Master of Science in Nursing (Nursing Education, 2015) from Prairie View A&M University, a Master of Science in Health Service Administration from the New School for Social Research (Middletown, New York, 1994) and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (graduation with distinction, 1983) from Pennsylvania State University.
