Jill Rodriguez has been on faculty at TLU since 1997. During her tenure at the university she has taught horn lessons, Music Appreciation and Basic Music Skills. She finds great joy in teaching classes to non-music majors, helping them to enjoy and find an appreciation of music. When Ms. Rodriguez is not performing or teaching she spends her time with Child Advocates of San Antonio in Central Texas as a casework supervisor, advocating for children in the CPS and foster care system as a Guardian ad Litem. She is passionate in her quest to give these children a voice in court.
