Biography
EDUCATION
M.A. in Mental Health Counseling, St. Mary’s University, San Antonio, Texas
B.A. in Psychology, Texas Lutheran University, Seguin, Texas
Specializations: Sexual abuse victims and perpetrators, and persons with severe mental illness. Prof. Turner is a licensed mental health counselor and a licensed sex offender treatment provider (LSOTP).
