Si Environmental, built by Haley from scratch in 2012, went from being nonexistent to being a $10 million business in a matter of six months. Since then, it hasn’t stopped growing—now being worth some $90 million with over 350 employees. But Haley didn’t start out in the water business. From 1992 to 2006, he worked in the golf field. He chose to take a different path in order to spend more time with his family.
