Only 15 miles west of Seguin, New Braunfels is an ideal destination for TLU students. New Braunfels is a unique mix of small-town charm and expanding growth. From floating the rivers and enjoying famous hometown eateries to Schlitterbahn and Gruene Hall – the oldest dance hall in Texas, New Braunfels has something for everyone.
Wurstfest has become one of the most beloved traditions not only in New Braunfels, but throughout Texas. Annually, over 100,000 people visit the 10-day celebration rich in German culture, hosting a variety of entertainment, delicious food and fun on the Wurstfest Grounds in Landa Park.
San Antonio
Just a short 30-mile drive down Interstate 35 is the nation's seventh largest city.
