Student Government Association
What is Student Government Association?
At TLU, every student is a member of the Student Government Association (SGA), which serves as the official voice of the student body. Led by the student body president, vice president, and Student Senate representatives, SGA works alongside faculty and staff to advocate for student interests, enhance university initiatives, and provide a platform for student opinions and action.
SGA plays a vital role in university decision-making by appointing student representatives to serve on committees that influence academic policies, campus life, and co-curricular programs. Additionally, SGA oversees the allocation of funds to recognized student organizations, supporting special events, conferences, and student-led initiatives.
Get Involved! SGA meetings are held Tuesdays at 7 p.m. in the Dunne Conference Room (Tschoepe Hall). All students are welcome to attend, share their perspectives, and contribute to meaningful change on campus.

The group also works diligently with staff to address issues on campus, and welcomes the submission of concerns among students, faculty, and staff.
