There will be a new exhibit in TLU's Annetta Kraushaar Gallery this week. Renowned artist and TLU alum Howard Crunk's work will be featured in "Roots of Resilience: The African American Experience in Seguin Through Art and Legacy." TLU is proud to host the exhibit, sponsored by the National Endowment of the Arts and Teatro De Artes De Juan Seguin, in collaboration with the City of Seguin, the Seguin Public Library, and Seguin Main Street. All are invited to the unveiling on Thursday, February 13 at 5:30 p.m. The evening will begin with a reception featuring a Bramaya West African dance, poetry reading, and a Gospel choir in Wupperman Little Theatre. The installment will remain on display until Friday, March 21. |
