First Year Students
You’re a first-year student if you are attending college for the first time (dual credit does not count).
Transfer Students
You’re a transfer student if you have completed any college coursework following high school graduation or GED completion.
Graduate Students
You’re a graduate student if you have received a bachelor’s degree and are seeking an advanced degree.
International Students
You’re an international student if you are a citizen of a country other than the United States who has, or will need, a non-immigrant visa to study at TLU.
Experience TLU
Personalized Campus Visits
Visiting campus is one of the best ways to see if TLU is the right place for you. TLU offers personalized campus visits Monday through Friday. In addition to your campus tour and admissions presentation, you’ll have the option to personalize your visit schedule with the following activities:
- Meet with a professor
- Attend an actual TLU class
- Enjoy a complimentary lunch with students
- Attend a chapel service
- Meet with financial aid
- Connect with a coach or performing arts director
We were greeted with such warmth that it made a lasting impression on us. We really enjoyed the 1:1 tour of campus and were given great information regarding the application process and scholarships. My son has definitely put TLU at the top of his list when it comes to his college choices. Thank you to TLU and their awesome staff!
